Sales reporting in Quotabook is a key feature that has attracted many investors. However, poor usability and structural limitations continued to frustrate users. To fundamentally address this, we revamped the product. We conducted in-depth interviews and VOC surveys to identify user pain points and identify improvements, which we used to plan, design, and manage the entire project.
Delivery service launched
As the sole product designer, I created operational designs for Today, a same-day delivery service. I also designed Dilly, the driver app for managing and processing deliveries, GAAS, a service to help sorters check and sort items using handheld scanners, and My, a tracking page that allows customers to see the location of their shipment in real-time. Additionally, I ensured that all user-centered components of the service were designed to enable its successful operation.

ARTIQUE is a service that introduces various exhibitions in Seoul, based on a real-time database. Users can rate each exhibition, and the service analyzes their preferences to recommend exhibitions they might like. The ultimate goal is to create an exhibition-based community.

Pacemaker is a social networking application for runners. You can follow other runners to see their runs in your feed. With Live Running, you can watch the current record of the user who is currently running and leave comments in real-time. Your comments are delivered in real-time via STT. Make your run more enjoyable with Pacemaker.

Right after the Classum 3.0 project, I worked on the design system supporting the new Classum. The design system allowed us to produce more complete and cohesive designs in a much faster timeframe.
Classum 3.0 + Rebranding
I redesigned an existing service that was limited to open chat rooms in university classes. My goal was to transform it into a knowledge sharing platform that could be used in various educational environments. To achieve this, I worked on renewing and rebranding the service.
Stock Box
Stockbox is a new investment platform for Korean millennials that makes it easier to enter the stock market. We do this by providing a gift package that includes a stock card, which guides users on how to invest steadily. This positive experience helps users naturally introduce themselves to the world of stocks.
